Product description
Just one pack of Bee’s Wrap can save 1,667 sq. feet of plastic wrap from entering our oceans and landfills each year. That’s enough plastic to cover a single-family home.
From storing food in the kitchen, to packing sandwiches and snacks on the go, Bee’s Wrap is a small sustainable swap that adds up to make a big impact. Together, we can bee the change.
What is Bee’s Wrap made of?
Bee’s Wrap is made of GOTS-certified organic cotton, responsibly sourced beeswax, organic plant oil, and tree resin. This combination of ingredients creates a malleable food wrap that can be used again and again.
How do I care for my wraps?
Easy! Just wash in cool water with a mild dish soap. Then, drape your wraps over your drying rack to air dry. Remember to avoid all sources of heat, including warm water, microwaves, ovens, hot cars, and covering warm leftovers.
Is Bee’s Wrap safe to use with raw meat?
Cooked meat is fine! However, we do not recommend the use of our product with raw meat because there is no way to sterilize the wrap, since it can only be washed with cold water.
How do I use Bee’s Wrap?
Use the warmth of your hands to shape Bee’s Wrap around food or produce, creating a protective, breathable seal. Store in the fridge, freezer, on the counter, or in your lunch bag.
How long does Bee’s Wrap last?
Bee’s Wrap lasts up to a year with proper care and regular use. When it becomes thin, soft, and no longer sticks to itself, simply compost it or cut it into strips to use as a natural fire starter.
