Our story began with beeswax, candlelight and a tiny cabin in Telluride. In 1991, Bluecorn founder Jon Kornbluh dipped beeswax candles by their own light, filling his home with rows of warm candles. Today, our home is Montrose, Colorado, where our craftspeople continue that tradition with care. We’ve grown beyond the cabin, but the heart of Bluecorn remains the same: quality candles, honest ingredients and a little light for a simpler life.

How do you make candlelight more thoughtful?

We choose our materials with care, from pure beeswax and coconut wax to recycled-glass holders. Our Aromática refill kits come in home-compostable pouches, so you can keep enjoying your favorite glass with less packaging waste.

Where are Bluecorn candles made?

Our story began in a cabin in Telluride in 1991. Today, we hand-dip and hand-pour our candles in Montrose, Colorado, carrying on more than three decades of craftsmanship.
